We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel transactions for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, payment verification concerns, or product availability issues.

You agree not to use our website or services for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & MERCHANDISE

Lash Envy Inc. makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, colours, and pricing.

Product colours and appearances may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and normal manufacturing variations.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product information, sizing, colour selections, quantities, and descriptions before completing checkout.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, provided existing purchase obligations and applicable consumer rights are respected.

SECTION 3 – FINAL SALE & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDITS, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

All purchases made through Lash Envy Inc., whether online or in-store, are considered final sale.

We do not provide voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or colour selection
  • Personal preference
  • Unwanted purchases
  • Customer ordering errors

This policy applies to merchandise, apparel, accessories, lash products, beauty products, and all other items offered for sale.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their purchases carefully before completing payment.

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have been provided with the opportunity to review the applicable final-sale terms.

Lash Envy Inc. is not obligated to approve discretionary refund, return, or exchange requests that fall outside this policy.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Lash Envy Inc. within 3 days of deliveryunder our voluntary claims review procedure.

Claims should include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear supporting photographs, where available

Lash Envy Inc. reserves the right to review and assess submitted claims before determining an appropriate resolution.

Claims received after the 3-day reporting period may be declined where permitted by applicable law.

This reporting period does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies, including those arising from defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

SECTION 4 – APPOINTMENTS & NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

ALL APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW.

Appointment deposits are collected to reserve a scheduled service date and time.

By submitting a deposit, customers acknowledge and accept the cancellation conditions disclosed during booking.

If a customer:

  • Cancels an appointment
  • Fails to attend a scheduled appointment
  • Chooses not to proceed with a booked service

the deposit will not be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Deposits may be applied toward the total service cost as disclosed during booking.

Any additional rescheduling, late-arrival, cancellation, or no-show conditions will be communicated through our salon's appointment policies.

If Lash Envy Inc. must cancel an appointment, we will provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where legally required.

SECTION 5 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for verifying their product selections, sizes, colours, quantities, billing details, and shipping information before completing checkout.

Lash Envy Inc. may decline discretionary requests to cancel or modify confirmed orders.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and provide a refund for the unfulfilled products.

Mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

SECTION 6 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or during checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other required fees will be calculated or disclosed during checkout in accordance with applicable law.

Lash Envy Inc. reserves the right to modify prices and promotions without prior notice.

Pricing changes will not affect completed purchases except as permitted by law.

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or other authorized payment providers available at checkout.

We reserve the right to perform reasonable payment verification and fraud prevention checks.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Lash Envy Inc. offers shipping within Canada and to eligible international destinations.

Available shipping methods and associated costs are displayed during checkout.

Order processing and delivery timeframes are provided through our Shipping Policy, product information, or checkout, as applicable.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply where legally permitted.

In the event of a missing, damaged, or undelivered order, please contact Lash Envy Inc. so we can investigate and provide any appropriate or legally required resolution.

Lash Envy Inc. is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, but remains responsible for its obligations under applicable consumer protection laws.

Lash Envy Inc. operates from Ontario, Canada, and may accept international orders through its Shopify store.

SECTION 16 – CORPORATE STATUS & PERSONAL LIABILITY

Lash Envy Inc. operates as a corporate business entity.

Contracts for merchandise purchases and salon services are entered into with Lash Envy Inc., unless expressly stated otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, directors, officers, shareholders, and employees of Lash Envy Inc. are not personally responsible for the corporation's contractual obligations solely because of their position within the company.

This provision does not exclude personal liability where imposed by applicable law, including liability arising from an individual's own wrongful conduct or a personal guarantee.

SECTION 17 – CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF STORE POLICIES

Before completing a purchase or appointment booking, customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable purchase terms, including:

  • Appointment and deposit conditions, where applicable

By completing a purchase or submitting an appointment deposit after the applicable terms have been made available, customers acknowledge the disclosed policies and agree to be bound by enforceable conditions.

Customers understand that final-sale purchases and non-refundable deposits are not eligible for discretionary refunds outside our published policies.

Acknowledgement of these policies does not waive statutory consumer protection rights or prevent a customer from exercising any legal remedy.

Customers who have a concern regarding a purchase or transaction are encouraged to contact Lash Envy Inc. directly so that the matter can be investigated.

We reserve the right to submit relevant order confirmations, payment records, delivery confirmation, booking information, customer communications, and applicable store policies to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a transaction dispute.

Customers retain all rights to dispute transactions through their financial institution or payment provider in accordance with applicable law and payment network rules.

Lash Envy Inc. reserves the right to contest disputed transactions where appropriate and supported by evidence.
