We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, personal preference, or unwanted purchases.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellations, modifications, or changes.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. We will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. There is no refund that will be applied to the purchase. Our final sale policy is applicable at all times.
